Question: Can you help me to value my property?
Answer: Yes, we can advise what other similar properties are currently on the market for.
Question: What if I disagree with your valuation?
Answer: Its your house and its your decision on how much you market your property for. If you believe it is worth more, you can advertise it at the price you want. You can always review the price up or down whenever you want.
Question: What happens if the exchange rate changes?
Answer: It is always a good idea to regularly review the exchange rate to see if you can take advantage of significant changes. Often buyers will make quick decisions after viewing, or will include a new property on their potential shortlist if a price drops. You can ​change​ the price up or down whenever you want.
Question: What if my property doesn't sell, do I get a refund or reduction?

Question: What makes a good advert?
Answer: The following features are the most important, remember to help build a picture for your potential buyer.
  • Good quality photographs, include as many as possible (max 20) avoid portrait style, landscape works far better online.
  • Include in the description the good points, how near to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants​ if applicable. Include details of any extras you have added.
  • Be honest, don't say the property is beautiful if it isn't. After all people are looking to put their own personality into the home and as long as the price reflects the condition it isn't a problem.
  • Try get all the jobs needed on the property done before marketing, you only get one opportunity to make a first impression.
